On-site or remote training
Our team can provide international training sessions for your team on-site, or we can organise one-off or a series of web-based training sessions which can be recorded for future reference. Training can be delivered at Adastral Park, Ipswich (UK) or we can organise to come to your location (off site training is subject to travel and accommodation expenses).
We often find that intensive training sessions are much more efficient than having your team try to figure things out themselves, which can mean you accelerate the implementation of Mautic within your organisation.
Our minimum commitment for bespoke training sessions is a half-day at £500+VAT.
Our DevOps team are highly skilled at implementing Mautic within containerised environments, including performing swing-migrations from older Mautic versions to newer versions across varying server software versions. If you'd rather carry out the work yourself, we can provide some hands-on training to give you the tools to get a head-start in your own environment.
We can also pair this with consultancy, such that we carry out the migration or installation for you, and then train you on how to manage it going forward.
If you are tasked with implementing Mautic in your organisation, it can be a bit overwhelming knowing where to start.
Our team know just how that feels, and we can help you get started from 'where you are' with our implementation training sessions.
We'll help you review how Mautic fits into your overall marketing plan and help you to identify actionable ways that you can introduce it without causing disruption to existing workflows.
We can step through the different features of Mautic and explore which are relevant for your business processes, and where they might be appropriate to deploy in your 'big picture' marketing plan.
We can also combine this with consultancy if you need hands-on support to implement some of the features or design/develop aspects such as landing pages, campaign workflows and email templates.
Currently we do not offer classroom-based Mautic training courses, however this is something we may implement in the future.
